We are able to offer appointments on a "same day" basis or within 24 hours for urgent needs and almost all other appointments can be scheduled at the request of our patients for their earliest best available time.

INSURANCE/PAYMENTS
 
While we accept most insurance plans, please check with your insurance company to make sure the doctor is on your plan.  As a courtesy an insurance claim will be submitted for your visit.  In order for this to be done, you must present your current insurance card at each visit.  If you do not have your insurance card you will be expected to pay for your visit in full or you may reschedule.  Co-pays are to be paid at the time of service.  Co-pays not paid at time of service will be subject to a processing fee.  For your convenience we do accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak with our billing department.
 
CANCELLATIONS

Please give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel a pre-scheduled appointment.  Failure to do so may result in your being billed for a no show appointment. Your insurance company will not cover this charge and it will be your responsibility to pay.
